Aspergillus antigen skin test How the Test is Performed: The test site (an area with hair, usually the forearm) is cleansed. The antigen is then injected into the area. You may need to keep the area dry for 48 to 72 hours. You will need to go back to the health care provider after 48 and 72 hours for the results to be evaluated. How to Prepare: Adults: No special preparation is necessary.
