ENLMedical ships nonprescription orders to international addresses. Please read our International Shipping Policy for more information.

*Only via standard USPS service; 5-7 business day delivery. Overnight and 2nd day air delivery by UPS cannot be sent to a PO Box address.

**Orders with prescriptions: Please note that, while Overnight or Two-Day delivery will expedite your prescription delivery time, it does not mean you will receive your order the day after you place it with us. These shipping options do not change the time necessary to process your prescription order (see below).

Orders received before 4:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day, pending availability of product.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In most cases, you will not need to be home in order to receive your package. To avoid delays, consider sending your shipment to a work address.

Since we verify all new prescriptions, accurate and complete physician and insurance information (if applicable) is critical in helping us expedite your order.

Order processing for new prescriptions includes ENLMedical pharmacist verification with your personal physician (1-4 business days) and order fulfillment (1 day). Process time varies depending on physician availability.

Refrigerated prescription items will be sent via overnight delivery at no charge to you. We will contact you prior to shipping to verify address and customer availability. Customer signature will be required for delivery.

Occasionally an item may be temporarily back ordered. If there is any delay in obtaining a product, ENLMedical will contact you and discuss your options.

Tracking numbers are available for all express delivery shipments. Contact our customer service team at CustomerService@ENLMedical.com or call us at 818-892-6000 if you need any assistance in tracking your order.

Only nonprescription items will be shipped internationally.
Minimum order of $100.00 will be required to ship outside of the United States.
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
All orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board). Please see our International Shipping Policy before placing an international order.
